ATP has lost most of its assets due to the Macondo disaster,BP goes on drilling and pilling up many millions ,they are out of favor with just about everyone ,mostly with the judicial system in this country,many would like to see them be put out of business,or at least make the people and buisnesses that were affected made whole, Atp has a good hand to play going into court.3 to 4 billion not out of the question,maybe 3 times that if they don't settle.
