Only one thing wrong with this article. The Semi's are not racing to
get out of DUV, they are racing to get into it. They are investing
in future generations for post 193nm (the follow on optical generation
after DUV (248nm)), because the hurdles that the proposed technologies
have to overcome are enormous and will require years of RESEARCH and
DEVELOPMENT prior to commercialization.

Bottom line...Cymer is most likely supplier of 248nm and follow on
193nm technologies that will be producing hardware at large
volumes for the next 7+ years.
