The problem to me is their Data vendor - S&P Comstock

From Quote.com website

QFeed is a real-time financial quote service providing easy
to use streaming quotes over the Internet. QFeed is based
on Quote.com's network of Continuum Servers and
Routers. At the heart of this service is the Continuum Client DLL,

Richard,
I seriously doubt that Comstock is to blame for the
problems. Even the e-mail form Q states the above listed
servers as their problem. What would make you say it is
Comstock. Quote.com is not even listed as a strategic
partner on their (Comstock) website. You almost sound long
defending defending their stock on a thread... :-)
SP comstock is supposed to be the most reliable feed around.
That is why their feed cost what it does. The satellite feed
system is bullet proof. I suppose their internet feed like
all others is less reliable. I think that the problem is
that companies that specialize in feeds have horrible charts
but good feeds and companies that have useful charts are
less than useful in their ability to provide proprietary
feed services.

Regards,
OZ
