Andrew H, or Henry, or somebody --- could you kindly summarize the risks and opportunities of LGNDW? Exactly what is the deal with LGNDW? The current asking price is 8.375. Is the price of the warrant shares at a fixed ratio to the price of the class B common shares? So like if LGND goes to $27, say, would the LGNDW shares be automatically worth around 16.75? What are the benefits to buying LGNDW?
