Patrick, sorry... the lunar theory, in all its glory, is yours. In my bookmarks I have a special heading:
"Partick--
Lunarology, astrology, moonbeams, craters, cycles, tides,
waves, all phenomena derived from or relating to the moon."
This is well organized, though I must admit I almost put
astroturf in that grouping, but remembered football is a
favorite topic for prediction on another investing thread.
Actually, since the moon in all its phases accounts for a
good portion of time each month, its correct to assume the
market will be up or down while the moon is shining or not.
Bill Gates' testimony should be interesting today.. not for
what he say's, but to watch the Senate drool and fawn and
make pretensious gestures to the most powerful man outside
of the beltway. Will he wear a suit, or a sweater? |
