In fairness, we now get the new, added professional services of thousands, perhaps tens of thousands, of new IRS workers. Those are new services that have to be paid for. The value of these services will become clearer as the law really starts to kick in. (Kick in the head? Kick in the door? No, you know what I mean.)

As an aside, I am curious to know why, now that the Obamacrats are discovering what a wonderful success their Obamacare is, they are not pushing for all the delays to be lifted, and implementation to proceed full speed ahead into the next elections. They must really be cursing their plain bad luck that some Americans will not get to experience the full benefits of their "healthcare" program before the next vote is taken.
