You're correct about both. Qwest also should have been bolded.

Perhaps Centennial should not have been bolded, but my recall was they are CDMA & GSM.

Hutchinson of course has large investments in wireless carriers (CDMA & GSM) but as a carrier, perhaps properly excluded.
