Thanks for your input. I'll try to comprehend the method you use to reach total value. Generally, I like the way Reits function, and when one has patience most will produce good incomes over time especially if one has done his DD. Basically income producing properties have a security advantage over pie in the sky stocks relying totally on the wits of management plus the idiosyncracies of Markets to produce gains IMO.
