If you are serious, you shouldn't be. Your kidney is far more important than your financial condition. There is a reason that you have two kidneys, sometimes they fail. Renal failure is actually a very common cause of death. Figure out how much 1 year, 10 years or 20 years of your life is worth and it will put your current situation into perspective. Have you heard of bankruptcy before?
