Glenn: I was able to pull up the NT 10-K this AM. The reason given for late filing is contained in Part III - Narritive "Additional time is needed to complete the financial statements and narrative portion of the form 10-K." It looks as if the 10-K must be filed within 15 days. Additionally, under Part IV - Other Information - portion signed by Henry T. Meyer, ESQ. it is stated "Until the financial statements and resolution of the treatment of certain items are more complete, a proper calculation of the results of operations cannot be made."
