800 million shares!!! They should just issue a couple more and make it a cool billion. Where can I get a copy of the Form 10? I read the form 8-K and the company had a ridiculously long list of risk factors such as current fighting or strikes between the Company and the locals or "natives" or whoever the company is renting/leasing the property from. The 8K also said the company needs to seek financing which cannot possibly mean...MORE SHARES!! I bought in to Golden Eagle at about .61 and watched it move to .84. I was hoping for more but based on what I've read and heard here, it looks like I'm going to cash out tomorrow with a meager but entirely satisfactory 30% (meager for a mining small cap play). MAK
