Just got through the NE conference call day was actually quite positive. Bottom line day rates will be increasing in his opinion maybe not quite as fast as some see but 10% 15% 2005 some areas will be stronger. Also see's restraint in capex (good). Hot area seems to be the middle east with Asia close behind although NE doesn't have much Asian exposure. Said longer term contracts are just around the corner as E&P's are just starting to get nervous about getting assets. Good call all in all.
