Can you cite a study with answers to the following questions?

1) How many apps are loaded on a typical PC?
2) How many are used?
3) What percentage of companies have network performance sufficient to run a word processor and a spreadsheet?
4) How much does it cost to increase server MIPS to run word processors for 10 secretaries?
