I'm not making it an us vs them issue. I'm backing CCB with my thoughts on the information available. CCB's ONE corrected news release was first approved by the OSC, then required to have the wording altered by IIROC, AFTER it was already approved. Simply had an issue with the term "indicative pricing". Because of the fluid and variable nature of the graphite market, there is no standard price, so comparison is very difficult. CCB tried to address that situation in a reasonable manner, but were asked to amend the term. Not a big problem, really, unless you're hoping to make CCB look bad, in which case you exaggerate the severity of the change, and try to make it multiple cases. ZEN has not had to change anything because in many cases they haven't said anything. They do not go into great detail with their numbers, nor do they put everything into nrs, so there really is nothing in there that would require in-depth review. I'm fine with that, but there will come a time when they will have to shit or get off the pot. Since I don't own ZEN, it won't really matter which way it goes. For the loyal shareholders who simply want to make a buck, I hope things break the right way. |
