While trying to liquidate my position today to take the tax loss, I learned that NESS had their registration revoked by the SEC in 2011 (I guess I gotta get out more). I don't know how or if that affected the relationship with the transfer agent, but this is who is listed in their (old) prospectus: Fidelity Transfer Company 1800 South West Temple, Ste. 301 Salt Lake City, Utah 84115 (801) 484-7222 Ness may even transfer for themselves now, considering the poor financial position they are in.
