Face it John...all Americans are going to have to get their mug and sit on one side of the fence or the other eventually. Either we are going to try to do something about terrorism, or we aren't. We can't continue to be mugwumps forever...

Maybe any terrorist can "just do a little damage a bit out to sea and not too close to shore"....just so we know they are there, and don't cause any more damage to the land and the people.

Think that will happen?

As I said before, I can't imagine anyone in their right mind wanting war. BUT then, I couldn't imagine 9-11 either. Nor the oil fields on fire. Nor the dead Kurds. Nor suicide bombers. Nor the American soldiers in Somalia. Nor the dead American soldiers and embassy staff in Africa. Nor the dead and injured Americans on the USS Cole.

Who knows....maybe the next attack will be a direct hit on the UN. Think the world would wake up then?
