yes it's safe

unless the trojan shows up.

the post you reference is about a worm that places a trojan in a zonealarm driver file.

all uninvited guests have to take up residence somewhere on a hard drive. this one chooses to live in a za file.

keep in mind that a firewall alone is defenseless against a trojan entering your machine.... that's why we run AVs and ATs.

but when a trojan decides to live in a zonealarm .vxd file, it's hiding itself in a security program, thereby making things like removal quite complicated, not to mention ironic... or as nancy said, Phunky.
