Luciius makes a good point, that "SEBL has at least a chance of introducing discontinuity into the space." The very nature of SFA is in itself a dicsontinuous innovation. Considering all the reasons that salespeople don't like to use computers to help them sell, it's discontinuous that they are being forced to use software to access important information. To the extent that any company will make SFA more appealing to the users while not sacrificing functinoality, that will be a HUGELY discontinuoud innovation that will by itself expand the market opportunities. --Mike Buckley
