JT Good idea. Ga Bard's form is great. I had just started working on one. One of the things I do is use financial statement to remember to ask financial info. calander/annual year, current assets/liabilities, Cash on hand, immediate outlook for changes in liabilites, assets. I want to know about stock dilution. Then there is the gossip...lawsuits, staff qualifications and backgrounds, brag questions (what makes company special),and why I should invest in the company.
