That's very good Barry. Next we take a look at the P/E ratios. Notice where MSFT's is and where INTC's is.

Now recently a friend of mine said that he hadn't seen any software that would increase the performance of his system enough to force him to trade up in hardware at a price premium. He also said he wouldn't put NT on his home computer.

WINTEL is based upon a constant pressure to trade up to gain performance. Its a dynamic duo. Intel has plenty of trade up products but MSFT doesn't have anything.

Guess which company that is more of a problem for?
