I think you'd hear Gates squeeking the loudest. I imagine him sitting at his big desk holding his hands up along side his head like the kid in 'Home Alone' saying "IBM getting JAVA? Ohhh NOOOO!"

I think that IBM would say that market competition is expanding now that Mike Dell has targetted IBM and the enterprise market.
