The BBN expansion news is very interesting. This implies that AOL anticipates growing its customer base quite quickly. This could be because of ... 1) their recent advertising blitz, and/or 2) their intention to implement a competitive flat-rate fee. If it's '2', then they may be gearing up to compete in a major way.
