Since '95...when I got engaged!!! I've now been married for two years and am getting taxed up the WAZOO because I don't have a house (or kids...which I really don't want to have at this time.) And the housing market in San Francisco is pretty bad...for buyers like me!!! If the stocks hit 56 3/4 this month, I'm out!!! Then I'm going house-hunting. :-) (I know..it's stupid, but this is partially how I'm raising money for a reasonable down on a $300K house...) Cheers, Joanna
