Freedom of speech and the SEC

Westergaard's defense in his SEC lawsuit is freedom of speech. He states he is merely a publicist so he doesn't need a disclaimer. The SEC forcing him to add a disclaimer also intereferes with his business. So are you telling me it is okay to state that a stock is great but it's not okay to state that a stock is not great? Freedom of speech is a double edged sword. If you would like to complain to the CEO of ASTN about my honest negative posts be sure to also complain about the honest positive posts as well. I'm sure you will. I'm sure tons of ASTN shareholders complained to the SEC when the mob was pumping the stock. I'm sure they complained when John was pumping ASTN also.

It's always funny that "pumpers" are okay yet "bashers" are not. Momentum traders are okay, shorters are not. I agree with olddirtybastard's posts about the ASTN supporters on these boards. You fit the description to a tee.
