Michelle... did you listen to the CC? What's your take on their investments in systems infrastructures for warehousing and supply chain management? From my limited knowledge on this subject I think there will introduce operational efficiencies that will drive their costs down, margins up, etc. etc. with virtual integration model (ala DELL).
