Ahh.. but pray tell if you let someone loan out $2000 on a 100 ab-orginal dollars by a fractional reserve system and some politico sets the interest rate, spending government money like water.. how do you do it right?

There is no right. If money is created as it must in a fiat money system it will ALWAYS exceed production.

There are several organic 'reasons' why this is so, and there is also the problem that the interest is NEVER created which pays the loan back.

Put that in your Funk and Wagnalls lookitup and get a definition of what is rong.
