Mr Chief says he and his TTC group own 25-30 million shares of CCB . Since he has indicated they are organized and tend to trade as a group ,should they not be considered as "insiders" Is there not a rule that any individual or group with 10% ownership must be publicly identified as insiders ? Anyone with an opinion on whether they should be registered as such??
