I look for the bank to make at least five company releases by the close of 8 business days. Stock went down 16.5 to 6.5 but why 1. suit over name usab came out of this one looking fair. It could have drawn it out with a suit but did not and this will help the bottom line because of less litigation charges. 2. overall market has been bad for a few months other stocks in industry and market in general well off highs. 3. Quiet period hurt the stock the most. sec would not let company fight. They are the biggest reason for the lower stock value. Plus they in essence set the price of spo and the companys decision to offer fewer shares. Company already has filed for additional shares in the future and believe me they will drive the stock up before the next offering. 4.Ask yourself is the company any worse then they were two months ago except for shareholder value. No They have done more deals and the numbers will surface soon about the amount of new accounts. That alone will drive price alot higher. 5. Company announced various deals emachines 600k gq 600k cds new website and flash coming and improving current site soon earthlink deal 3 mil sprint/mci worldcom they have the connections through earthline. a graet oppurtunity etc etc etc >>>
