Biotechs are definitely BOOMING this morning. Last night VICL announced a patent on its naked DNA, this morning ISIP was on CNBC to talk about its anti-sense technology and milestone payments from Boerginger-Ingelheim, and Morgan Stanley began a major push on CNTO's anti-infection drug. On CNBC Winners & Losers, three of the four companies discussed were Biotechs (the three mentioned above) and all three opened sharply higher on extremely heavy volume.
