Within the Broken Dealer network, the NON Locate Function is the prevailing function, thusly enabling the Churn function, as the broken dealer Hope function. Its like a promise to pay later, whose goals are; that all retail accounts will give back at a lower price ,what they, the broken dealers, electronically claimed we bought for them....higher.
