Could you clarify this statement please?

REFR does not sell product directly to anyone. They collect royalty fees from those that do. So strictly speaking you are correct. But, your statement is also very misleading.

Are you in fact trying to suggest that REFR has not collected any royalty fees? If that's the case it might be helpful to some of us if you could supply some basis for your conclusion.
