There are at least two more things to watch for:

The counties making an immediate move to appeal if they lose the deadline extension today.

A move on the part of the Bush campaign to have the hand recount results kept out of the final total vote count. My understanding is that one option they are considering is an appeal directly to the Supreme Court (Fed level.)
