AOL sells two office buildings

amcity.com

AOL has decided to liquidate its last remaining "hard asset". A developer from Charlotte, NC purchased the two buildings for $15.4 million (~$124/sq. ft.). AOL will lease them back for 18 months while completing the move to the renovated hangar which is now AOL's HQ out on the Dulles Airport service drive.

By the way, it is getting really hard to read this place any more. Just a gentle hint (to nobody in particular) that this is an AOL thread, not IOmega, or Cyrix, or Syquest, or ....______ :) Email may be a more appropriate method for some of this :)
