This is a list of stock trading in Upper Midwest firms by
corporate officers and directors that recently was reported
to the Securities and Exchange Commission.

*Tennant Co. -- Richard Adams, vice president, exercised an
option for 2,910 shares of common stock between $22.75 and
$27.50 each Nov. 14; to cover the expenses of transaction,
Adams turned in 2,523 shares, indirectly sold 5,700 shares at
$34.03 each Nov. 14, directly and indirectly holds 88,641.

*Tesseract Group Inc. -- Robert Karon, president, purchased
1,492,171 shares of common at 1 cent each Nov. 29, directly
and indirectly holds 7,697,988.

*Winland Electronics Inc. -- Dale Nordquist, officer,
purchased 8,500 shares of common between 90 and 95 cents
each Nov. 15 to Dec. 4, directly holds 8,500.
