"OK, so now Iomega is becoming a medium cap growth company.
The next strategic move for them would be to hire a few
"professionals" to help manage the growth. I don't know much
about the companies management, but no company can go though such
explosive growth without growing pains and without making mistakes.
You can guarantee that a great deal of skepicism comes not from their
growth or their products, but from the competence of their current
management team to manage the growth.

I would be very excited to see them hire some proven corporate managers from outside the company."

Michael, Iomega has brought in additional professionals. When they were experiencing inventory/production problems, they hired a new manager with experience in JIT (just-in-time) inventory manmagement to handle operations. Since his hiring, Iomega's inventory turnover has improved dramatically and KE has stated that it will improve even more.

When they were experiencing financial problems, KE hired a new VP with international financial experience. With the loan from a German bank, the issuing of convertable debentures and the recent secondary offerring, Iomega has dramatically improved its balance sheet since December 1995.

Ever time they were facing new problems KE has taken positive steps to resolve them. I believe that they might have the best management team in the industry.

Don't wait too long to loadup on their stock. KE has this company in high gear. I'm looking for them to trounce 2Q estimates.

Many happy returns to all on the Iomega train.

B.K.
