I haven't been watching ESWW for a while. But, with the SEC finally on the warpath after being caught with their longie's flaps down over Enron, WCOM, etc., etc., I'm not surprised.
Pangia had been written up a number of times as a "..scum-sucker extraordinaire..", so it will be nice to see him and his cohorts have to cough up the Millions they previously laughed enroute to the bank with....!!
Now if they start throwing some of those sleazoid NYC, dope-dealing, money-laundering, bogus loan-granting megaBankers in jail (...you know - Greenspurt's Frat-buddies...), things will really start to straighten out.
Johnson has done a real good job of bring this company online production-wise; I hope he ends up running the whole show.
This may be one of those company's that does really well, after the stench has been cleaned out of the carpet. Hope so, anyway.
