How do they know if you've run it or not? Maybe you take it out in the middle of the night when they can't see you, and you're a really good parker so it looks as if it never moved.
Why does it need a tarp? IS this to somehow spare the sensibilities of the neighbors who might be upset at having to look at a naked car? Like a swimmer in a speedo- if he's actually in the water and swimming, that's fine, but if he's just parading around in that skimpy little suit, well, -really.

Are they saying that's like having a dead car in your front yard on blocks? Your cops need something constructive to do.

Why would a small yuppie community need a tank? What will they use it for? Riot control during the Abercrombie and Fitch sale? Squashing roadkill so you don't have those unsightly bumps in the road?
