Benny, on upgrades,

When i said upgrades, i didn't refer to crafty, I was refering to someone who wrote and I quote, " checkfree's real near-term performance has less to do with the MSFDC competition and pricing structure and more to with seqeutntial subscriber growth, which has decelerated for each of the last few quarters as major banks have slowed their marketing and promotion efforts."
My question was voicing his concerns and he was on the conference call, and I hope he heard what Pete Kight had to say to that. Personally, I was quite satisfied with his logical explanation of subscriber growth.

Upgrade should be on the way.....
