Put some glitter on it. I think you should dress it up. We have crappy rules here but this is a...I can't say it, a complex. You have to drive the car -have to show some new miles on it every three days. They check the miles they say. Bunch of crap. Can't park butt first or they will TOW you. And they will and they have. Glitter and attach some balloons.
