That's not misleading, that's ensuring that there's no reason to panic... BUT, let's say for the same of discussion that you're right, that he down played it, then why did biden and all the other lunatic left say Donald was over reacting and racist if he, as you imply, down played it??? If he down played the virus then how could biden and his idiot ilk accuse him of being over reactive and panicky??? It's impossible to down play and be over reactive simultaneously... Down play is the OPPOSITE of overreacting and being in a panic... So, which is it? You can't have both unless you're schizophrenic...
