The redistribution of ECB gold to Eastern Europe is a necessary step. Poland a big buyer of gold lately. Wait a minute... What does gold have to do with this? Most don't realize that there has been no net outfow of gold from Europe. The ECB selling just moved it around a bit. NA is a net exporter of gold, and beginning in Sept. that really picked up.
