well, I wouldn't want to be labeled as extreme or anything....but I think that we could lose 50 basis points from here in the next 3-4 months. I really do believe that we are coming up on the last phase of the bear market. I was originally think that we would hit bottom in July, but now I am leaning toward another October low. And I think that will be the best buying opportunity of our lifetime.

Many of the things that were talked about in the bubble times really are revolutionary in a cultural sense. And in a way, the geopolitical situation has intensified the rate at which changes are happening in the world.

Basically what I am saying is that I believe we need to have a final flushing of the excesses of the 90s, but that we are not going to do a "japan". So we ain't goin to zero on interest rates.
