Epic, I wouldn't touch JNPR or CIEN unless u can time the NAZ market well. Their fundametal is better than CSCO or other Fiber Optics stocks. ONIS is much more insanely valued @ 36s than CIEN. ONIS has trouble passing 40 recently.
