NVID Introduces Microsafe And Is Currently Negotiating For Its
Worldwide Marketing With Two Fortune 500 Companies

SARASOTA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 7, 1996--NVID International Inc. (OTC
BB:NVID) introduced Microsafe(r), naming their revolutionary non-toxic liquid disinfectant.

While USDA testing and evaluation for non consumable uses in the food processing industry will
begin within 30 days, the company is moving forward to market Microsafe(r) in non-consumable
applications. Negotiations are ongoing with two major companies for the rights to market
Microsafe(r) both nationally and internationally.

Microsafe(r) has shown to be effective in killing 99.999% of Staph A, Salmonella C, and
Pseudomas A within 30 seconds of contact. Its effectiveness and safety has made it ideal for use in
hospitals, public facilities, pool and spa disinfection and in cleaning compounds such as soaps and
cleansers.

In addition, President Bob Bunte stated, "We are extremely pleased with the preliminary results of
side by side testing against Lysol and look forward to additional testing and applications." The next
testing will be to confirm its effectiveness and kill ratios against:

NVID Says USDA To Test Its Disinfectant Within 30 Days

SARASOTA, Fla. (Dow Jones)--NVID International Inc. (NVID) said the Department of
Agriculture will begin testing and evaluating the company's Microsafe nontoxic liquid disinfectant
within 30 days for nonconsumable uses in the food processing industry.

In a press release, NVID said the next testing will be to confirm its effectiveness and kill ratios
against tuberculosis, e. coli and other items.

The company said negotiations are continuing with two major companies for the rights to market
Microsafe in nonconsumable applications nationally and internationally.

NVID International is a developmental holding company.
