Thats an old story especially down here in Florida

In brief

its: if it wasnt done by me then its no good

A friend went to a nearby dentist when she moved here, for a cleaning. 45 min later she left with a bound folder with a $45,000 treatment plan...and no cleaning.

Since fluoride has reduced the number of cavities, then to pay the office expenses, one must create work...ie..replace old fillings even when not dentally necessary. AND even if its a tiny cavity, then to crown it means the lab does most of the work; not the dentist. ITS THE ECONOMY, DUMMY
