Ed - Thank you for your considered reply. This might take us about 6 months out of our 'game-plan' however there has been interesting fall-out because of it-more lessons learned than I cared to learn today, but ... I was delighted to see that we have hit $3.00. Now a few weeks ago I would have been distraught to see $3 - I passed distraught in the middle of the night and am "happily" viewing it from the standpoint that the worst has happened, and I am letting go of the stress. It always helps to 'know' just what is happening - then you can deal with it - What I do wonder about is the drop before the announcement. Some people obviously read the signs right and were able to sell. I need that ability. HF
