One death in 100,000 might be insignificant to you but just let the numbers keep going up over time and when the lawsuits follow let the jury decide how much each death is going to cost Pfizer. If OJ could get away with murder, certainly a class action lawsuit of grieving widows and their families will cost billions. And when the opthalmology studies of chronic Viagra use proves that retinal degeneration does indeed occur then that will cost much much more than the death cases. I suggest you sell your Pfizer now since you can always buy it back under 100 in the near future. Go ahead and bash my opinions--lets just see how everything looks over the next 3 to 6 months.
