HTN Forms Strategic Alliance with World Sales & Merchandising Inc.
TORONTO, ONTARIO--Home Ticket Network Corporation (Canadian Venture Exchange ``HTN') is pleased to announce that it has formed a strategic alliance with World Sales & Merchandising Inc. (``WSMI' - CDN) and its joint venture project, Bee-Trade.com Inc. Through the alliance, Bee-Trade.com will provide clients with access to HTN's advanced online ticketing and reservation services.
Through a free Internet download, Home Ticket Network Corporation's proprietary on-line ticketing software will provide Bee-Trade Network's clients the ability to sell their own sports and entertainment event tickets in real time over the Internet, as well as through automated call centers, self-service kiosks, and bank ABM'S. Shared revenue will be earned from ticket transaction fees, advertising, and database marketing services. WSMI.com will market the services and also provide extensive server and web hosting facilities to operate HTN's network.
