War-time polls dont mean squat. Bush Sr. had 80% approvals during the Gulf War, and deserved them. Why? Because he did it right, put together a marvelous coalition, including Arabs fighting at our sides. Approval ratings also dont mean people are going to vote for the guy. You can approve of both candidates and pick which one can best fix our problems. GW will have zero credibility in 2004 for being the one to fix our problems. In fact, he will have created many of them. Just wait.
