Tucci did a good job over at Wang. I do not know if anyone remember Wang. He totally misread the PC revolution. He actually thought people would buy his word processor over PCs because that was all PC was good for. I could have bet the whole farm that Wang was going straight down the toilet. Tucci actually made it into something. He has got my confidence, for now. Tucci has been running day-to-day at EMC for sometime now. He must have made a deal with Reuttgers when they hired him. I see the promotion as a way for EMC to keep him. Some people will bolt if they are not given the top position. Getting "promoted" was a good way for Reuttgers to clear the path for Tucci. I hope Reuttgers will still be active in the company. It would be a shame to lose such a good leader for EMC. My two cents. Seldom Blue
